WHAT IS LIMKY CLUB?

The Limky Club is our loyalty and sponsorship program .

You have access to points that you can convert into discount vouchers. Each euro spent on the site or in store gives you 1 point. You can also accumulate points by activating actions on the various social networks or by leaving customer reviews.

HOW DOES THE LIMKY LOYALTY AND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM WORK?

Our loyalty program is only valid on our e-shop https://limky.fr. This means that you accumulate points each time you visit the site, provided that you provide your email, identical to that of your account, to place an order on the site.

HOW TO BE PART OF THE LOYALTY AND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM?

To be part of the LIMKY Club, you must have at least created your account, or placed an order, left a review or sponsored a friend.

I PLACED AN ORDER WITHOUT HAVING FIRST CREATED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, CAN I RECOVER MY POINTS FROM MY PREVIOUS ORDERS?

Unfortunately, it is mandatory to provide the email address of your loyalty account to accumulate your loyalty points.

Given our launch of the Limky Club on 09/30/2024, we will accept until 12/31/2024 and upon request sent by email to hello@limky.fr, to credit your points accumulated between 01/01/2024 and 09/29/2024.

HOW DO POINTS WORK?

Every euro spent on our site gives you 1 point.

You can check your points balance in your customer area.

Your points can then be exchanged for discount vouchers, within the limit of your points.

CAN POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, points expire after 12 months.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY AVAILABLE POINTS?

You can check your available points directly via the black "Loyalty & Referral" button. You can also check your benefits and exchange your points for discount vouchers.

DO MY PURCHASES EARN ME POINTS?

All purchases made on the site earn you points at the rate of 1 point per 1 euro spent. However, purchases made with a gift card do not earn points.

MY PURCHASE DOESN'T APPEAR ON MY POINTS BALANCE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First of all, check in your customer area, “My orders” tab that your purchase made on the site appears correctly.

If it appears in your order history, check that your purchase is more than 14 days old. If it is not, it is normal: your points are “pending” until this period has passed.

If it does not appear in your order history, you did not place an order on the site using the correct email address... Contact our customer service at contact@ohmycream.com so that we can adjust your points.

WHY DO I HAVE PENDING POINTS?

Your points can actually be credited to your account within 14 days after your purchase on the site. Before this 14-day period has passed, your points may appear as “pending” in your loyalty area!

CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT?

Your loyalty account is strictly personal. It is not possible to transfer your points to another person.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR GET A REFUND OF ALL OR PART OF MY ORDER?

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your points will be automatically canceled.

If you decide to return or cancel part of your order, the corresponding points for the items in question will be deducted. Points for items you have kept will be credited within a maximum of 14 days after your order.

The details of your points history are available by clicking on “View my balance” in your customer area via the black “Loyalty & Sponsorship” button.

HOW CAN I USE MY POINTS?

Once you have reached the first threshold (50 points), you can exchange your points for discount vouchers (first only €5).

To use your points, go to the “Loyalty and Sponsorship” button in your customer area. You can choose the discount amount of your choice. Once you have reached the first threshold (€5 from 50 points), you can exchange your points for discount vouchers. Your points balance will be updated accordingly.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT BENEFITS I AM ENTITLED TO?

You can view your benefits in your customer area, black button “Loyalty and Sponsorship”.

The available benefits are linked to your number of points. They will therefore change depending on your purchases ;-)

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I USE MY CODES ON?

You can use your discount codes on all of our products excluding gift cards and promotions. It is also not possible to combine different promo codes on the same order.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT I AM ENTITLED TO A BENEFIT?

You will be notified by email when you reach one of your levels.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY PROMO CODES?

All promo codes are sent to you by email instantly after your point conversion in your loyalty area.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS FROM PARTNER BRANDS?

All their benefits and promo codes are communicated in your Welcome email, when you register for the loyalty program. If new brands join the Limky Club, you will be notified by email.

WHY ARE SOME BUTTONS NOT WORKING IN MY CUSTOMER AREA?

Moderation of your loyalty area is done only via the "Loyalty & Sponsorship on the site" button. Your account does not allow you to moderate your loyalty points.

Some “REDEEM” or “CONVERT” buttons relating to discount vouchers cannot be clicked if you do not yet have enough points to have this benefit.

I LEFT A REVIEW BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY POINTS

When you leave a review on Google or Truspilote, the accumulation of points is not automated with our loyalty system. Do not hesitate to write to us at hello@limky.fr so that we can manually credit your points.

If you have left a review on our site but have not received your points, please write to us at hello@limky.fr. There may be a delay of 24 to 48 hours for the system to synchronize before you can see your points appear in your loyalty points balance.

MY POP-UP IS NO LONGER DISPLAYING CORRECTLY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your "Loyalty and Referral" pop-up button does not appear, we advise you to reload your page.

If your "Loyalty and Referral" pop-up button is displayed in the wrong language, or is displayed completely white, we advise you to delete your browsing history or to use private browsing or even to empty your caches and cookies. Au moment où ton ami passe une commande en utilisant ton lien ou code de parrainage LIMKY, tu reçois 7€ de bon d'achat.

WHO CAN I SPONSOR?

You can refer your friends, family or anyone who does not yet have a Limky account or have already placed an order.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I SPONSOR?

As many as you want!

There is no limit to the number of people you invite and sponsor.

So share without moderation! Each friend who places an order with your sponsorship link is 7€ credited for you and 10€ discount for them 🥰.

I JUST REFERRED A FRIEND, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARD?

The reward will be sent to you once your friend's order is completed.

I HAVE BEEN REFERRED AND WANT TO USE THE CODE RECEIVED, HOW DO I DO THIS?

At the time of purchase, on the payment page where you enter your personal information, simply insert the code in the “Enter a promo code” field.
