Refund policy

It is possible to make a return to obtain: an exchange, a refund or a credit.

You just have to fill in the return conditions below.

LIMKY reserves the right to refuse a return on an item that does not meet the conditions listed below as we will not be able to put it back on sale*.


1/ RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:

Returns for exchange are possible by mail within 14 days from the reception of your package and if the conditions below are met.

The garment is in its original condition and has not been washed.

The garment has never been worn and still contains its label.

The postage costs are at your charge.

The exchange is motivated by the need to change the size of the item in question or for an item at the same or higher price.

LIMKY reserves the right to refuse a return on an item that does not meet the conditions listed above.

Please understand that we cannot accept these items* as we will not be able to put them back on sale.


2/ RETURN FOR CREDIT :

Returns for "credit" are possible by mail within 14 days of receipt of your package and if the conditions below are met.

The garment is in its original condition and has not been washed.

The garment has never been worn and still contains its label.

The postage costs are at your charge.

LIMKY reserves the right to refuse a return on an item that does not meet the conditions listed above.

3/ RETURN FOR REFUND:

Returns for refunds are possible by mail within 14 days of receipt of your package and if the conditions below are met.

The garment is defective.

The garment is returned in its original condition and has not been washed.

The garment has never been worn and still contains its label.

LIMKY is responsible for the postage costs. However, depending on your country of residence, they can be paid by you, but they will be refunded after reception and control of the defective product.

*Not including defective products.


4/ HOW TO PROCEED WITH EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS ?

Whatever the reason for your return, you just have to send us back the article by Colissimo or followed mail to the following address with a copy of your invoice, at the latest in the 14 days following your request of exchange or return:

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE:

FOR AN EXCHANGE:

We will make the exchange (subject to stock) and we will contact you by mail.

FOR A VOUCHER:

We will proceed to its refund (product value and deduction of postage costs of return product if any) and you will receive an automatic notification by mail.

FOR A REFUND OF DEFECTIVE :

We will proceed to its refund (value of the product and added to the postage costs of return product if necessary) and you will receive an automatic notification by mail.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the effective recovery of the products by our services or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of products, the date retained being the first of these facts.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction. In any case, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer. We are not obliged to refund any additional costs if the customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered.

We will issue a credit note linked to your customer number and send you the information by email.

Certain reasons for exchanges or returns will require the intervention of the after-sales service.
